I would like herbs that i can use on all three meat dishes...thank you.

Try:
Oregano.
Basil
Rosemary.

Sometimes for pork chops I make up half a packet of stuffing mixture with 1 egg - boiled water and a knob of butter with a splodje of English mustard, paste it over the chops and bake.
Its just a different take on the old porky chop.

Whenever I make any kind of stew, I always put in a fresh bay leaf - you can use dried too - it adds a wonderful nuance to the flavour.

Sage, rosemary, thyme and tarragon go with all of them. Buy some of each and try mixing them (but don't overdo it on the chicken!)
