Ok schizo, sorry, I'm not. I think that's a rather harmless and obvious question for anyone that's served. Go away.

Oh, btw, I'm talking about the American side, ok? Is that simple enough?

Im not sure there is an answer to this.
Iraq really isnt the combat zone you see on TV, those are extremely limited circumstances played over and over and over.
I have two friends who spent about 3 of the last 4 years over there and they said combat was not common, it was just random stuff happening here and there. One was a medic who dealt with all the bodies of our servicemen at camp liberty in Baghdad, so he kind of knows what went down.
Weapons that have exceeded expectations are the 50 caliber rifle, and the semi automatic grenade launcher.
The 50 cal exceeded because it had the range to kill snipers that would not be acessable with a normal rifle. It is quite common for a sniper to be able to see a target, but for it to be out of range. On a clear day, visibility is over 10 miles, but even a 30-06 can only reach out about 3/4 a mile. The 50 cal has been confirmed to kill at over 2 miles.
The semi automatic grenade launcher has been very successful, but it has been limited to use by the marines.
It provides outstanding support, and can easily decimate a building or emplacement.

the most successfull weapon in iraq is nancy pelosi and harry reid instigating a scheme of unilateral surrender. unfortunately the success is for the enemy. for some reason they cant get it that when you declare surrender and potential retreat dates it does two things, it demoralizes troops and moiblizes an enemy to simply wait you out. in other words its a self fufilling prophecy. the most sucessfull weapon is people simply returning to their daily lives, regardless of how precarious to show the pelosi reid regime as well as the terrorists that they are wrong, dead wrong.
