Playstation 3's much-anticipated HOME has been delayed until "early 2008" according to SCEA officials.
According to the Playstation.com forums, there will be a HOME beta-testing before the end of the year. Individuals interested in testing HOME should keep checking the official website (link supplied below) for information regarding dates and sign-up process.

As mentioned above, Sony pushed Home to early 2008, however, there are rumors, that beta'll be available this November. Here's an official link to beta project:

The full thing has been delayed till spring-ish next year, though there is talk of an open-beta (public testing) later on this year, though i'm not sure where you'd go to sign up (maybe someone here might now, or try PS3 website)
