Yeah, it also depends on what you wear or how your hair is like. I never really asked my boyfriend how he wanted my hair to look like. I usually tie it in a bun or a pony tail, since I the texture of my hair isn't ideal for leaving it down.

Why might it rather is incorrect? for my section I want bald or surprisingly much bald. I think most of them like both. (Hair up and down) because it's good to have a change, instead of just one style.

hard one to answer... there's so many types of men... you can't please them all.
Some like blondes, some brunettes.... I'm partial to redheads..
Some like hair tied up, some like it loose - lotsa guys like "looseness) in a gal.. ;)
... and then there are guys that like their girl tied up, not her hair :))
No question that kissing a girl with her lovely hair touching his face is a biig plus..... until it slips in between things.
