I was just wondering about little phrases like that. I think it dont matter is "es no importante" but when I say that I feel is if Im saying that its not important but it might be important so I don't like saying that.
Thanks in advance

Sometimes = algunas veces: He visto a la chica algunas veces. (I've seen the girl sometimes)

Sometimes = a veces: A veces quiero mudarme para otro pais. (Sometimes I want to move to another country)

.... see the difference between the two uses of "sometimes"? The first one is more like when you can count a number of times you have done something. "A veces" is more like "often times".
Maybe = Quiza (accent on last syllable) The Asian guy "Ronnie" in the movie "Disturbia" repeats this word over and over in the Spanish class scene.

It doesn't matter: "no importa" or "no es tan importante"
It doesn't matter to me: "no me importa"
Whatever: lo que sea

*** Note: the people telling you how to translate "whatever" are wrong. That's not how you say it. You use what is called the "subjunctive" tense. What they wrote does not mean anything. Examples of subjunctive:

Lo que sea (from "ser"): whatever
Dame lo que sea facil hacer. = Give me what is easy to make.

Lo que pueda (from "poder"): Hare lo que pueda. = I'll do what I can.

With the subjunctive, you take the "-ar" verbs (hablar, mirar, saltar) and conjugate them as if they were "-er" verbs, and vice versa for the "-er" and "-ir" verbs.

Poner: Pongame 3 mas. = give me three more.

Hablar: Hable mas lento. = Talk slower.

There is a good website for translating multiple languages, but be careful. Sometimes there is no literal translation, and you will get something ridiculous.
