a domination thing, or they feel since the man is disabled they dont have to worry about being abused

There is a name for this, i watched a show about it on TV one night, people that only date physically disabled people. When it all comes down to it, we are all people with needs and feelings and who cares if we are a little bit different, People with disabilities still love the same :)

I don't think that women are attracted to physically disabled men. If they come to such persons, it may be that they have to be very polite to them out of courtesy, otherwise there appears no other reasons.

Just because I breathe through my ears and have a 10 inch tongue doesn't necessarily mean I'm disabled, but for some strange reason women seem to like it.

Well, I was once interested in a guy in a wheelchair, but it wasn't because of his disability. It was because he was a nice person and I liked the interactions I had with him. So I suppose it's for the same qualities that they find attractive in other men.

Physically disabled men may seem "safer" in a way. But it could be because women have nurturing or mothering instincts (no offense to women) and some just have a need to nurture someone and feel important to that person.
Of course, I'm sure there are other reasons, but that could be one of them.
