If you are asking how to remove a mole, and mean a do-it yourself job, the short answer is you don't. A mole is a part of your skin, and should be removed by a doctor. They use a medication to numb the area, remove the mole and stitch up the incision. The mole is sent off to a pathologist for inspection to make sure it's not cancerous or pre-cancerous. You end up with peace of mind, no more mole, and a nicer looking scar. Don't use over the counter stuff for warts, nor the freeze spray either. Don't use any home remedies. Just go see the doctor, and get it done right the first time.

How to remove a mole or a mold? You need to be more specific or else the advise given may not make sense.

Get rid of the culprit which is water. Keep it dry and you'll get rid of the mold.

Depends on where it is at and what it is on; but bleach will kill it, so will vinegar, but it won't remove the discoloration.
