Hi y'all,
I still wish someone really could lay on the details on how exactly HIV virus a.k.a. AIDS can be transfered through oral sex:
1.) if the female has HIV/AIDS and giving her male partners a fellatio/oral sex without condom, can this transfer it?
2.) if the female has HIV/AIDS and kissing her male partners, can this transfer it?
It's vice versa for the male too, can these transfer it?

1. She can transfer HIV to him, IF, she has open bruise on her mouth, and he has open bruise on his penis.
So, the answer is YES, but very rare.

2. Same here, can only transfered if she had open cut in her mouth and he had it too.

3. Same with number 1, only with higher risk.

4. Same with number 2.

1 - 4, NO, if there's no open cut / bruise / sore on both of them.
If you actually want to know if HIV can transfered through saliva, the answer is NO, they can't.

It's generally considered improbable to transfer HIV through saliva, so kissing is usually safe. However, if kissing leads to microabrasions on the tongue or genitals (during fellatio), then theoretically the virus could transfer through these abrasions to the blood. Obviously the best thing to do to avoid HIV is to avoid sexual relations with multiple partners. Having sexual relations only with your husband or wife will really cut your risk.
