Unfortunately, race matters to many people. In this day and age you would think that it wouldn't. We all have the same needs, desires and feelings. We are all the same no matter what color or background we come from. Don't you wish everybody thought this way?

I liked the article, it's very true. Race does matter in America and probably will forever.

I think it's just a matter of "some races think they're being discriminated against, but they really aren't" sort of thing. It always causes some confusion.

unfortunatley it does, but it shouldn't.
People treat you differently if you're blck, white, asian, hispanic...etc.
I'll give you an example. My friend came up to vancouver from seattle and picked me up to go spend the weekend there. when we were crossing the border, they stopped us, asked him a million and a half questions, asked me some too, but grilled him big time and made us go inside and asked him even more questions, like had he ever been convicted of smuggling any illegal narcotics or if he's ever been to jail. Now he's african american, and i mean he's used to it, but i felt like slapping the border officers. But that's how it goes, and it's really sad.
