I have a nice appetite for food so that during every meal, I eat more than enough. And it's taking its toll on my stomach; I am growing pot belly and love handles on my waist. I know the key is in my diet. But how can I lessen this overflowing craving for food, food, and food?

Thank you.

Well I think the first step is for you to comit to your health. The second step is for you to go to a doctor and see what is missing in your body that your body is craving so much food, there may be something wrong with your body, or maybe not, don't freak out. I just think you should contact a doctor and care for your health. Try walking, jogging, riding a bike, find a friend to walk with, try finding something healthy for you to do and that you would enjoy doing.
Talk to someone, a best friend, a brother, a buddy or someone you trust who would have your health in mind and your well being at heart. If not, you could do it alone your health should always be important to you.

Well for starters start a healthy diet consisting of three good, healthy foods and have a healthy snack twice a day. Get healthy stuff like raw veggies and put them in little bags. Because when you want to snack you always go for something convienat and this way you will have something healthy already to eat. Stay away from foods that aren't part of the diet and don't eat after 6pm and don't eat before 6am because this is the time you can't burn off the fat. Drinking water with fresh lemons or limes will help to shrink your stomach as well. Good luck!

Start drinking green tea when you get hunger pangs or need some liquid. Some doctor on Oprah predicted that switching to green tea will easily lose ten pounds and I found it to work.

Most appetite suppressants seem to involve green tea as a component so it evidently has that effect. It might also change metabolism somewhat. I have found that the ten pounds stay off but the weight loss doesn't continue beyond the ten pounds.

Do it slowly.. If you are eating 5 cup of rice each day, eat 4 the next week, then 3, then 2, until you have disciplined yourself with the minimal food you eat and eventually you stomach will get used to little food intake. Drinks lot of water.
