What is the meaning of anything that came about through a completely natural process? For example, what is the meaning of a pebble on Mars? No meaning. What is the worth of that pebble? None.
So if there is no Creator to give it purpose and meaning, it has none and that includes us humans.

You cannot invent your own reason for existing but you can invent activities that will tend to make you forget about purpose and meaning. Focus on little happy thoughts. Keep busy so you won't think about a meaningless existence.

A meaningful life is one that is for the greater good.
Good as in aligned to the original purpose of existence, or creation.
Thus, if there isn't such a purpose, then "good" is not defined, and therefore life has no meaning.
