no pain killers is working i done took a *** of pills and it is still acheing i cant go to sleep or nothing tell me what to do please help me asap i took and antibiotic in case it was infected cus it hurts 4 me open my mouth wide and everything it is throbbing

You should go to the emergency room if you can't wait to go to the dentist. And in the future, don't just take one antibiotic... when you are prescribed antibiotics you should take the whole course just as the doctor prescribes it, even though you might start to feel better before the pills are gone.

If you have a hole in your tooth take an aspirin, if you are not allergic and put it in the hole in your tooth. If it is swelling of the gums, rinse your mouth with warm water and regular iodized table salt. If you don't have Orajel, then you can also use Vanilla Extract (for baking cakes). It will numb your mouth. Hope you feel better.

Ouch! That hurts! Why dont you bite a clove on the infected tooth. You'll not feel the pain after some time. Trust me, it works!!!
