This is so not about me or my child , because I am married . I am just very curiouse how do they do paternity tests. Like what do they do to the babies and what do they to the parents?How old or young do they do this to babies any ways?

they take blood samples and compare DNA structure can be done right after birth

Tests can be done the minute that the baby is born.
Blood will be taken from the babies heel as well as a sample from the father to be compared, they are very accurate.

Also remember that the test can be done at any age and doesn't have to be with blood, hair or a swab from the mouth can be used as well.

A simple blood test for both child and father. They test for DNA and see if Dad and baby match. They don't do it unless someone has a question about the baby's parentage or the Dad's fatherhood.

the tests can be done as early as a few hours after birth. they can do a blood test or a saliva test the baby wont remember it at all
