Probably she realises you have a past record with girls, once you get what you want you drop them and search for a new victim.

Maybe she feels shy of she's the conservative type or she never tried it before, so she feels awkward. The other reason might be, porn videos. She might saw some videos that a girl being fingered and when it was her to experience it, she might had a thought that she was a porn star and it doesn't feel right.
I suggest that your girlfriend and you should sit down and talk about it. Let her know that the things you do are a way to tell her that she pleased you and in return you want to do something to satisfy and please her as well. Explain to her, sometimes girls don't climax during sexual intercourse and you want to make her feel that kind of sensation. Then, let her talk and see what her views are about being fingered or in any other sex positions or techniques you two are going to do in the future.
After all, not everyone are the same when it comes to sex. Some people like this/that, some don't. So, communicate with your partner first then ask if you 2 could try it out!

Maybe she just doesn't like it. I have a friend who doesn't like when her man goes down on her, she swears he does it really really well but she just doesn't like it. So, everyone has their likes and dislikes.
