I don't know, but if that's what they said then they're no friend of mine. I hope he/she was immediately fired.
Edit: OK I checked out the website, and to save any others hunting around, it's towards the bottom of the letter at http://www.seruv.org.il/MoreArticles/English/AssafOronEng_1.htm. No clarification is provided as to who said it, so there's not much more I can say apart from that I stand by my initial reaction.

I mean there are approximate 15 million or more Jews in the world right now that would love to beat the crap out of this moron who makes the rest of us look bad and would say something that we as a people would find totally offensive.
