Adam and Eve were the only two created. All people since have been born from these two.,
Even when the population of the world was destroyed in the flood of Noah's day, Noah himself was from Adam and Eve, and all people since are from Noah, his three sons and their wives. All born from a man and a woman.
And even esus was born from a woman, Mary.

A common misconception is that the bible says God created "men", only to contradict itself by reverting to just Adam. This is a misinterpretation of the original greek which mean "mankind"

I doubt if there are any humans that god created, but there are many humans who created God, again and again, each a little different.

I know there was Lilith but I'm not sure on much detail, all I now is that she left Adam because she didn't feel that she should have to listen to him. She was right.
