ive been going to the gym not doing major stuff just toning up...i started growing a year ago....i think i might have stopped...i jsut wonder do i keep growing and for how long?

Don't worry about it. I started lifting weights at about the same age as you are. You won't be able to do anything serious enough to affect your growth at that age.

No. UNless youre doing steroids or really over duing it... shouldnt effect anything.

I am the same height now as i was in 8th grade or before and im 32 now... so sometimes you just reach a point and stop.. no telling when that will be.

As long as your technique is good (to make sure you aren't hurting any joints, for example) I can't see how it could harm you. You should really ask your doctor, though.

yeah you gotta work light at that age, but you should still be growing, we can grow up into our early 20s

As long as your only moderately weight training it won't effect your growth.

You should'nt be "doing weights" yes they can hurt you.You should try a girl or a guy if that is what you are into.
