It's important to understand that EVERYONE suffers at some times in their lives. What's important to know is that we need to recover from those events quickly, not wallowing in it. Keeping a journal of the good things that happen everyday, not the difficulties or sadnesses. Try to list at least 3 to 5 things for this journal. Look back at it every so often to see how you have progressed.

Keep a smile on your face. It's surprising to learn that a smile is not the result of happiness, but the cause of it.

Happiness isn't circumstance, it's a mindset. People search for happiness by doing drugs, being a part of a religion...etc. If you wake up you'll realize it's in you....it's not out there anywhere else. Look at what you have, not at what you don't have.

Do what you enjoy doing, and dont let any haters hold you back (provided you arent breaking the law). Follow your dreams. And remember to always take a little bit of time each day to do what you want to do.

Happiness is knowing who you are, what you like, and how you like to do things, then follow. Happiness is with in yourself, it's up to you to find all them answers so you can be trully happy. EX:// My happiness is my Family. yes they piss me off sometimes but ...I couldn't see my life with out them pissing me off at times..LOL get it? it's all about what means the most to you and how you feel when you have what you love around you.

Always have something to look forward to, balance relaxing and keeping busy, use what people say about you as motivation to get where ever your going.

every time you wake up for the day..look in the mirror..say self i'm going to try to make today better than yesterday..we all have down days..it's nature...but we can have happier down days...of course you can always opt for death...now which is better..a down day once in a while..or dead forever...

my advice, be content on what you have right now and for what you are receiving. always try to be good to others so others may be good to you too. just be yourself and don't pretend like you're somebody else.
