It is really no (style) of religion at all. It is the absence of religion as we know it. There are literally thousands of people today whose religious motto is "if it feels good, do it."
I have lived that way, and I am living different today. l have known both worlds, and this is the one I prefer.

I think it's some kind of New Age Spiritualism.
