Is there any way i can make the tonsil stones come out of my mouth without picking it or gargling?

Nasty little things aren't they. I can push on my tonsil right beside them or above them and they come right out. Tonsils never did get infected from this procedure. Got rid of a bunch using this method yesterday.

amputate at the neck, then they'll just fall out the bottom when someone shakes your head :o)
