There are right ways and a wrong ways to lose weight. Please be very careful in choosing your answer. Remember, losing weight is easier than keeping weight of and keeping it off is a lifelong process.
I was a skinny kid up to my high school and then I started growing large. By the time I was a sophomore in college, I was so big that I tried out with the football team as a lineman. Coach told me that I was just fat not healthy or fit. I lost 107 pound in little more than a year after that. I lost that and kept it off for many years. I had to go on a simple diet of not eating to my fill. That did not mean starving me. My fill, back then, was overeating or eating at least twice as much as a normal person does. I did not savor food, I devoured. I had to learn how to savor food, eat slowly, chew more and savor. Drink water instead of soda. Even diet soda had stuff that aren't good for the body.
No diet can be successful without exercise. I started with very light exercise and once I lost a few pounds I increased the intensity of workout routine. You need not lift weight. Free hand exercise, sit-ups (care full with sit-ups, do it right. Do a search for proper sit-ups online) and pushups are the best. 70Kg is not a lot of weight depending on your height (which I don't know).
You can easily shed the extra weight if you eat sensibly, have a lot of greens in your daily diets but don't become a rabbit. You need all kinds of food. You can eat just about anything that has little or no fat and eat more often and at lesser portion size. Exercise, walk, jog, bike and change your daily habit into a more active on. See a doctor or a nutritionist and/or a personal trainer if you can afford one. Don't try to lose the whole weight overnight. It never works that way.
Ask yourself, how much of my day do I spend sitting down (include time in car and class), Do I need to spend 'X' amount of time in front of the computer or TV? Do I really want to stay healthy and look and feel great or do I take the easy way out?
Losing weight and keeping it off is a lifelong process. I forgot that part and gained 80 pounds (more than half your weight) after I got married. I haven't worked out in 5 years. I have plenty of excuse not to work out, only one to go and workout. Your question woke me up. I am going to start living my life the right way from today, not tomorrow.
Also, for motivation, take a picture of yourself as you are now, without cloths or with minimal garments. Keep that photo to yourself, not for sharing. Look at the photo each day before you workout or start your day and imagine what you would like to look like. Take one photo each month and monitor your progress. In a few months, when you look back at the first photo, if you kept eating right and worked out, you'll get a kick out of it - guaranteed.
Good Luck!!

The basic principle behind losing weight is to use more calories than you are putting in. This means that you can increase the number you use, reduce the number you put in, or both. Consult with a doctor or nutritionist, who can help you learn how to do this in a healthy way.

The mass is the same. The weight, by definition mass * local gravity, is what varies. In the Moon, the gravity is about 1/6 of Earth's gravity, so one feels six times lighter. More at the sources.

Do more exercise (not necessarily in a fitness center), eat less (overall), eat more healthily. But it can be harder for some due to their genes.
