Take a blood test... there are chemicals that they use to identify your clood type. You can't do it alone, if you're don't have resources and materials.
Much more... Go to the nearest blood bank and donate a blood. You get your blood type for free.

If you have had any blood tests done at the doctor, they might have a record of your type. You can ask them.

Cut your wrists open then ring 911/000. When you come to in the hospital have a look at the lable on the bottle hanging next to your bed. It should have your blood type in bold letters.
