I'm a meat eater myself but my middle brother is Vegetarian. My sense of food got very blah when he lived with us, no wonder I went on an anti-chicken kick after he moved out, lol.

-Side note: It's freaky how many people don't know the difference between Vegetarian and Vegan, isn't it? Even some who claim to be Vegan can't tell the difference but usually that's young people who go back to eating meat the next year.

What I am, is a meat and potatoes kind of guy who has recently found a addiction to sushi.

What I would like to do, it cut out about 85% of my red meat and replace it with fish.. much more healthy and I'm really not a fan of chicken, so fish it is.

Veggies, yup.. I like them all EXCEPT mushrooms. I can't eat a mushroom due to religious differences, IE. Eating a mushroom would be cannibalism in my religion... since I'm generally treated the same as them.. you know, kept in the dark and fed crap.

I'm vegetarian all the way for health but mostly moral reasons. I'm also non-ovo (no eggs) consuming and non-dairy consuming but not as strict as some (I'll eat a chocolate chip cookie but I won't eat a scrambled egg, I think its just disgust factor).

If I have an adorable dog that I call my pet but I eat a cute little cow, pig, chicken, lamb, etc what does that say about my moral judgments?

Think before you chew!

i'm vegan. I made the determination specially as a results of fact i could no longer abdomen the theory that a sentient creature grew to become into tortured and/or killed needlessly basically for my flavor buds. i like animals, and once I found out that animal products are no longer had to be wholesome, i desperate i ought to no longer help it. it could flavor reliable, yet in my easy opinion there are issues that are plenty extra important then flavor. i like being vegan. i like no longer feeling accountable once I consume. i like how plenty extra healthy and happier i think. i like with the flexibility to prepare dinner delicious yet nevertheless cruelty-unfastened foodstuff. i like it whilst somebody who thinks all I consume is lettuce and tofu takes a chew of what I make and exclaims that it is unquestionably delicious and not making use of a touch of sarcasm or mendacity-to-be-astonishing-ness of their voice or expression (and that i'm reliable at detecting that style of stuff). i like with the flexibility to declare i like animals devoid of feeling hypocritical (calm down, people, own opinion). & i like understanding that i do no longer make contributions to ineffective torture, homicide, and environmental problems. It grew to become into the wonderful decision i've got made yet. i will in no way pass lower back. I in basic terms want I had some vegan acquaintances. :'(
