It depends, how overweight are you?
If you are 10 lbs over weight...probably 1.5 - 2 pounds.
If you are 300 lbs, 15+ lbs is not unheard of in the beginning.
For most people that are moderately overweight, stick with 2 lbs.
1 pound of bodyfat is worth 3500 calories. Figure out what you burn in a day...take in 500 less and there is your 1 pound. Throw in a little exercise and burn another 500 per day...there is your second pound.

it s never advicable u loose 10 kg ina week time instead loose around kg to 3 ina week so that in a natural way u thin and also dont put to much tool on ur body good luck then !
