I agree that it depends on your skin type and needs. I use Aveeno's soap free clear complexion foaming cleanser http://aveeno.com/productDetail.do?prodid=3691. I suffer from eczema and dry skin so a moisturizer with SPF is a must. I really swear by Aveeno products! I'm glad they're available not only in the States :)

Yes, just like others said, it depends on your skin's type and special need. You should firstly learn about your skin, then you'll know what to take. But one thing you should remember is that always use 'gentle' products on your skin no matter your skin is sensitive or not.
Personally, I like Moisture rich cleanser from Artistry. It cleanses makeup well, very gentle, and proper moisturizes.
