Well, obviously the best way to prevent this is to not sleep with the boss in the first place, but if it's already happened, probably the best thing to do is get a new job and get out of that situation.

You can't. You're boss won't respect you.. and because of that personal relationship that once was.. that alone will affect everything you do there..
Plus anyone who knows or thinks that it happened.. you'll have the same issues with them... where they won't respect you and will just talk down to you because of it.
Truth of the matter is.. you NEVER sleep with the boss or a co worker.. keep your personal relationships personal and out of the office.

First, I wouldn't sleep with my boss to put myself in that situation in the first place.. But if it's done, it's done. Be prepared that there will be tension between you and it's unavoidable. And that other co-workers can pick up that vibe. If you can't handle that vibe, find another job.
