The magic is in the wielder, not the tool; sure. Decorating or dedicating it may be helpful to you.

You might be able to find a besom broom in an old store. There are some stores in larger cities that are newer stores that carry that type of thing. You will have to check the yellow pages. You might try making one yourself, just make sure the sweeping end is rounded.
