your chances are about zero. the Air Force is NOT accepting Any Prior Service Personnel whatsoever unless your Army MOS corresponds directly to a severely undermanned AFSC with no need to retrain.

Your best bet might be trying to go Air National Guard, and then try transferring to Active. Active Air Force usually frowns on prior-Army. Next to impossible to transfer in. Contact an Air Force recruiter. It also depends on your MOS.

How hard? It's impossible. The air force is not taking other service vets at this time. In fact, the air force is undergoing a major force reduction.

Unless you speak Arabic, it's almost impossible at the moment.
The Air Force has no problems meeting its quotas, so it can be as picky as it wants.
It's kind of unfortunate because they're possibly passing up a lot of good people, but what can you do?? =(
