why is so difficult to achive the target in such the way can some one list down which categories some one can use to reduse the pain of life

Life is hard sometimes...But it is the most precious gift that anyone has ever received and can give. We all have our ups and downs but always remember that, no matter how hard your situation is, it is better than someone else's. You sound like you are reaching out and it is a huge step. That category does not exist cause we all have to go through life and its tough times to grow and become who we are suppose to be. Those(experiences, positive or negative) are what makes or determines who we really are as an individual. Focus (on your goals), learn (how to achieve or reach your gaols), appreciate (what you have), enjoy (your life and your accomplishments) meditate/pray (give thanks to God and ask him for guidance) and live!

You have filed this question under Diet and Fitness, but you are asking how to deal with the pain of living. That sounds like depression.

Ok -- I'll take a stab at it. First, go to your doctor and get a check up. Make sure this dragged down feeling isn't from an illness or lack of nutrition or vitamins.

If you are healthy, just sad, get more exercise. Walk. Swim. Jog. Roller skate. Whatever appeals to you, but get outside in the sunshine and move your body for at least 30 minutes everyday. There is a natural mood lifter that your body releases when you exercise. It will help you feel better.

There is also something about being outside in the sunlight that raises a person's mood. Studies have shown that women who exercised in Seattle, Wash. even when the sky was overcast and misty with rain, felt better because they were outside and exposed to sunlight. Filtered sunlight, to be sure, but it was still sunlight.

If you want to know more about that, read the book, When Your Body Gets the Blues. It has a lot of good information in it. You might find help by reading it.

do sport eat healthy food go to athletic club which is fitness
if u are 14 or over,and do excercises,which is all important for ur life,i did that and am still doing that and i lost weight and got healthy.
