i found this really nice and easy coconut biscuit recipe and i want to make them NOW! lol.

the only thing is that the recipe doesnt say how much castor sugar i need to cream with 25g of butter.
for the recipe i need:
-1.5 cups of S.R.F
-25 g butter
-1 cup coconut

so do you know how much sugr to use?

125 g self raising flour (1cup)
90 g caster sugar (1/3 cup)
30 g coconut (1/3 cup)
90 g butter (1/3 cup)
1 egg yolk, beaten


Sift flour into bowl, add sugar and coconut.
Melt butter, add to dry ingredients with egg yolk and mix to make a firm dough.
Roll teaspoonsfull of mixture into balls, place on greased baking tray and flatten with fork.
Leave space between biscuits and bake 10-15mins at 180degC – 200degC (350degF - 400degF) or until brown.

I don't think you gave us enough info. What liquids are in it and how much? How do you know it takes any sugar? What's the title of the recipe and where did you get it from?

1/3 of a cup should do it!

this one is called a cake but it's sorta like one it's called a coffe cake look it up i forgot the ingredients!
