29 ? OK, well, stand in front of him, whisper "Happy Birthday " in his ear then plant a gentle kiss on his lips, but don't pull away immediately, stay close, barely touching his lips with yours. Chances are he will then kiss you back.

If you lean in and tilt your head a little he should get the mesage unless he's dead. At which point deliver CPR right quick. Same end result.
