Recently I got back in touch with a friend I went to high school with. I hadn't spoken to her since we graduated, 5 years ago. Well I have been invited to her wedding which is next weekend and I have no idea what to get her. Her soon to be husband and her have their own home and having been living together for a few years, so for the most part they have everything. I have looked threw all of the gift registries in the area and most of what they want is WAY over my budget. I am curious as what I should get her that isn't going to break my husband and I....Any suggestions would be wonderful..

I have no real set amount I want to spend on her. However, with it being short notice, we don't have tons of money on hand. I thought of money, but that is just so inpersional..

Get gift certificates to the places she registered at. This way she can use them towards something she likes!

well you could get a voucher for a home nick nack store so they could purchase what suits there home and style.or you could get something more personal like champagne glasses and have there names engraved on them. were i live you can get stubby holders and coffee mugs with photos of the people you want on them but you need to provide the photos .

get her a gift card to like chillies restaurant for like $40 so her and her husband could go to dinner together. it's something they will both enjoy and won't leave you broke.
