You need to get help to do this. Don't try to do it alone. First talk to your doctor. Medical intervention is often required. Also see a therapist who specializes in eating disorders. The team of medical and psychological help is the way to beat this problem. You'll need to work hard, but not alone. Good luck!

There's a reason why you have the problem and you need some counseling to manage it. It's not something you can do on your own. You need to figure out why you felt the need to start doing it in the first place. Most of the time it's a way to feel you're in control of your life because what you eat is totally in your control and no one else has anything to do with it. Find a counselor to work with. You won't regret it.

you know what, i had an eating disorder over 10 years ago... even though i'm not technically "anorexic" or "bulimic" anymore, i am never fully over it some people never get rid of the feelings, only the symptoms. but studies show that early intervention is your best bet, SAME with family therapy (i.e. therapy for your whole family, not just you)

best thing would prob to tell someone about it. like a friend at least. cause then you get someone bugging you to stop. but you prob dont want anyone to find out. so ill bug you. STOP YOUR EATING DISORDER. its unhealthy, better to be fat probably. start going for runs and next chance you get ask your doctor about how you can lose some weight. at least you care about your body, thats a start, but you got to realize whatever youre doing isnt healthy either. dont be so depressed about it. work at it. and really ask your doctor, theres lots of options out there. adn get a gym membership and some friends that want to start working out too. good luck, feel better.
