Tell them that it is obvious that we evolved form a bacteria and that a bacteria evolved from the primordial ooze. Tell them that all christians are ignorant. Don't focus on any other religious point of view becuase they are your allies in the true fight against god, search christianity and find the dumbest meanest christian sobs in the universe to convince them that god is an sob and all chrsitians are sobs so when they meet a nice christian their "switch" hits and they think that the nice christian is a practiced aggrevating sob. Teach them arrogance and hate and teach them to be followers of the atheist intellectuals who have figured everything out. Teach them ...wait...this sounds like religion. ohhh never mind...just skip it.

I don't think you can convince anyone to be an atheist, you would just have to point out that popular theories of religion totally depend on a non-interactive deity and that it results in the same effect that the non-existence deity has on the world.
After all, people have been searching for god for 2000 years, if he/she was real, you would have thought that they would have poked their head out and said hi.

Why would you want to??? I myself am an Atheist, but I don't like when people try to push there beliefs onto me, so I don't do it to them! This is the way our world works, everyone believes what they want to believe in! So don't try to convince anyone to change there beliefs, you may not agree with them, but they probably don't agree with you either!!

Why would it be necessary to convince someone? Why not let them come up with their own conclusion? Freedom of religion would also include atheists too.

It would be difficult because of the staggering evidence for a created existence. There is no evidence in nature for the evolutionary process as described by evolutionary thinkers of any age.
Yes there is micro evolution (the changing of a moth say from one color to another) but the large changes said to be found in nature to bring a 'monkey to man' type change do not exist.

By telling the person that god is Omnipresent, Omnipotent and Omniscient and does not need our support, protection or propagation to exist.
That god is not bribable by money, prayers or going to church more frequently than my brother/neighbor.
That god is not a he,she or it and that s/he/it cannot be boxed by we humans giving an imaginary form.
That god is not judgmental and does not discriminate nor favor between "his/her' own creation.
That should make the person an atheist!

I don't think you have any business messing with what anyone else believes. You can try if you want but I think the question of whether you should is more important. In this case I think not.
Just for the record I'm not religious, I just believe we are free to believe what we want to.

You need to reach that decision on your own. You can start by reading the Bible. Genesis is usually very convincing.
