First my disclaimer (haha), I'm no expert but the system of the world has it set so you're always challenging red tape and bureauracy. You almost can't get from A to B without fighting the fight and being told you can't at every corner. This is the problem I see more and more in my world. You may want to talk to someone about feeling more free to do everyday things. I'm not sure how people come to feel the need to follow every single detail of every rule in the handbook but some do and it makes them unhappy I think.

i think we need a little bit more info here to be able to suggest anything. i think i would have more questions for you than advice without knowing more about you. have you always been this way, even as a child; are you taking any type of drugs (legal and/or illegal); any family history of mental illness; have you been into trouble before or had tradegy in your life...??? sorry i could not be of more help, i just think i need some of these type questions answered before i could give an opinion. maybe you should talk to a counselor.

I think that you should talk to your doctor. He will be able to find out what is wrong with you and if you need medication. You don't say how old you are or what you could get in trouble for. Make an appointment today.

Self knowledge. Find out what is causing the paranoia and dpression and work on that. There may be something you are afraid of and that's how you express it.
