My friend got her pc last year still new umm recently her net (bigpond) got wrecked and ever since that she's been goin on webpages like youtube um bebo flashbox and so on.
Can sum1 plz help me i need the answer today email me the answer. or just reply on answers

There's an easy answer and a complicated one, it just depends on what the problem is.
She could have lost her drivers. If so, she should look at the 'Start' menu,'My Computer' icon and click on 'View system information' and then choose the 'Hardware' tab and 'Device Manager' button. This will show all the hardware in the system. Then click on the 'Sound, video and game controllers' line to show all the drivers underneath.
If there's any problem with these, it will show a yellow "!" or "?" or a big red 'X' and she can click on them to update the drivers.
If all that's okay, then she probably has the sound on 'Mute' and should unclick that in the Control Panel.
