Do you think he's interested in me? Or is he just playing me?

So I really like this guy and we've been seeing each other once a week (and talking everyday via MSN or text messaging) for the past 3 weekends. I'm really starting to fall for him... I think he's interested. He normally initiates hanging out and stuff but we still haven't made plans for this week yet. Should I ask him to hang out? And how can I be sure that he likes me? Last time we hung out he gave me a peck kiss and said he was having so much fun with me and didn't want to leave. He texted me this weekend because he went out of the city for a day to see family. Now I talked to him on MSN a bit a few minutes ago but he didn't mention hanging out. Should I ask him to? He's always been the initiater and I think hes LIKES being the initiater but I don't know what to do? Can you help? He's 22 and I'm 21. Thanks

He's interested in you, but he isn't entirely sure how you feel about him. Give him a few signs, and suggest something you would like to do--maybe a movie or a game or something. He may be looking for some feedback from you.
