If you continue to feel the same symptoms over a period of time then go to the doctor. Otherwise, they should pass. It could be anything. Did you wash the apple before you ate it? Many people fondle fruit before you do. It could be caused by a number of things. Usually when one has low blood sugar, the person will have tremors, chills, and may be fatigued, rarely dizzy. Also, in some cases, your lips become numb and your vision becomes somewhat blurry. If your symptoms persist then go see a doctor.

Not sure what the situation was but it could be a ''panic attack'' if you have been feeling stressed. It is just your adrenalin pumping through your body in what the Psychologist's call '' fight or flight '' mode.We are nervous or stressed and the body goes primitive on us and prepares for conflict! Not a serious event but can be scary if it comes out the blue. You would know though if it could be from stress or not?Hope i helped.

You say you're not a diabetic but it sounds like "hypoglycemia." It's the opposite of being diabetic. I'm no doctor, so go see yours. In the meantime, eat protein if it happens again. That's what I crave when I have a hypoglycemic spell. (hamburger (no bun) or baked chicken, or turkey)

You're in a tough spot my friend... it's called "Beer deficit" and can be quickly remedied if you so choose. You need a bender and some golf clubs.
