a week ago, this weekend when i stopped and then go from a stop signm, i heard a HUGE HUGE band under van like transmission... what could it be and can i return it, i wont keep it for sure now, im in canada so go by our laws please. i want them to find me sameone with no problems. i refuse to keep a car if a trainey problem, no warranty will change my mind..

huge band?? has it happened again or just that one time?that could be about anything, the new cars are very smart, if anything happened to that van it will kick the engine light on so i dont think it is a trans problem. and if you have it looked at they should be able to pull codes out of computer if anything happened, get it checked out. i dont know about canada laws but in the us , you sign the papers, you own the car and thats it. it takes months to go thru the legal process for lemon law or buy back

Gee I don't know how you got a band under you're van. Did you go through a foot ball field while they were marching. Seriously, A noise like that would show up in shifting, Are you sure it wasn't something you hit but never saw? A Dodge dealer should check it out.
