If anyone can please help I need a college I can get into preferably in Illinois. I did poorly on my ACT got a 17, but I'm in the top half of my class. I've never taken honors classes and, I didn't take a foreign language. If you can help that would be so great.

Can you retake your ACTs?
You could go to Joliet Junior College...then transfer to a four year college if you want. Take your language at JJC (it will be easier and you really do need it to get in most colleges) Unfortunately, because it is a junior college there isn't any housing, but there are always people looking for roommates.
I went there back in 98/99 and it really wasn't bad...nice and small.

The only public 4 year universities you could possibly be accepted at are Chicago State U and Northeastern IL University.
