calorie limits are important , but they can be tricky.

If you eat your calorie intake in fat carbs, you wont loss that much weight. Your body processes and stores these, and not only do you get hungry, your metabolism tanks and the amount of energy (aka calories) per hour burner goes way down.

Id suggest eating more protien and fibre, all day. This will keep your metabolism up, and you wont be hungry, youll also be more satisfied.

But always remember, you need some fat in your diet. (under 5%)
a) it signals your body to be full
b) healthy fats have nutrients
c) your body needs fat to live.

Your daily fat allowance is supposed to be 30% of your calories [ carbs 50%, protein 20% for a healthy person ].
If you are on a 2,000 calorie diet, that means your fat intake should be no more than 600 calories [ carbs 1,00 cal., and protein 400 cal. ]
These proportions balance out required proteins, fats, and carbs body needs, as well as the vitamins found in each.
Keep in mind, that fat grams have 9 calories each; while protein and carb calories have 4 cal. per gram.
If you stay under your calorie limit, you won'tget weight [ unless you decrease your physical activity ].
Too much fat will eventually 'clog' up your blood vessels, gall bladder, and heart, and will mess up the rest of your body systems including skin.
Skin problems may show up first [ outbreaks, dullness, uneven tone ], gallbladder - painful, can become infected [ very painful ] if blocked up by stones, and may require surgery.
Heart disease can be silent; often the first acknowledged symptom is a fatal heart attack.
PS: How is your diet going?
