God talks to everyone. Some of us choose not to listen, even if we are talking back. Sometimes we pray and ask for advice from God, but not all the time do we listen when he responds. So yes, I'm sure the two talk to each other. Is Bush hearing God? I don't know.

Absolutely, I have no doubt about it. Sometimes God answers us in ways that make sense only to us. It is not usually an audible voice...although he spoke to me, when I received the Holy Ghost. It does happen but not often. Why me? I don't know. I am certainly not special in any way.
God speaks to us sometimes through scripture. We just keep hearing a Scripture over and over and then something happens and we understand why that scripture was brought to memory.
Sometimes he speaks through others. I have listened to many a preacher and knew he was aiming the sermon right at me...of course he didn't know he was...but I was pricked in my spirit. I knew God wanted me to listen.
And sometimes, something will come back to remind us of how far we have come and we will fill his gentle spirit and hear his voice in our heart and we know he is proud of us.

Well I heard that Bush tried text messaging God. But even when text messaging, Bush's spelling is so bad that God can't figure it out. So I guess the answer is "no".

God can talk to anyone if He chooses. I don't know President's Bush heart, so I can answer that.

I believe that they do. In fact, God and I talk to each other everyday too. It's called prayer.

What do you care and what business is it of yours anyways? If you were talking to God and reading His Word and applying it to your life, you would understand how God commanded us to not speak vainly, don't gossip, pray for your leaders, and not to partake in foolish arguments like you are trying to start here. So, when will you and God start talking to each other?
