LOL, i have never in my life ever heard of such a concept. sorry. the hair on a womans stomach does is no way influence whether she is good in bed.
the only thing i can suggest is that women who are generally hairier, like maybe italians arabs and white girls who've just got lots more hair, may be more likely to have wild sex than those from cultures who are generally less hairy. this is still pretty vague tho, and ive known some asian girls who are the least hairy and the most sexual, so im gonna have to go with no
