I had the same issue when I was younger. I feel ur pain, it's very hard to get over and no matter how hard u try to say the specific words it just won't happen. What I used to do for certain words I couldn't say was to combine them with other words so they'd sound the same. For example like with "Did u know" just say "hey ju know that".... and if u say it quick enough it'll sound just like Did you know. The purpose of this is that if u just keep avoiding saying the word for a while then eventually with time u'll be able to start saying the hard words w/o even realizing it.

Nervousness and frustration make it a lot worse so just take ur time and if u can speech therapy helps

I dont know if this might help.... Try to speak a little slower so that you can articulate your words clearly. And keep ur nervousness in check, you'll stutter more if ur nervous. Dont jumble up the words, let each word come out one by one... Give it a try, good luck! :)

ok my little brother has this problem too. just say the words slowly. you might still stutter then just (seriously) sing them. if that still doesnt work practice saying each word by its self like 10 times then 8 times then 6 times then 4 ect. ect.

ex.
do do do do do do do do do do
you you you you you you you you you you
know know know know know know know know know know
do do do do do do do do
you you you you you you you you
know know know know know know know know
do do do do do do
you you you you you you
know know know know know know
do do do do
you you you you
know know know know
do do
you you
know know

until your saying
do you know
