This is kind of like the question I answered about a year ago. The lady was thanking God because her son got better after taking him to the doctor. The doctor diagnosed the problem, not God. If God had, why didn't a minister or a priest diagnose the problem?

There is nothing I have ever witnessed that is not a natural phenomenon. If you choose to perceive those things as god, so be it, but I have no need of supernatural explanations for anything I see. The world is enough.

by the same token, how do YOU know if you HAVE witnessed your God? And how do you know your god was male? Could he be a she? How do you know it wasn't the Goddess you witnessed? Were there distinguishing marks of male or female?
How do YOU recognize your God? I'm curious.

If there God does exist as the all powerful, influential and involved creator that many people paint him to be, then his existence should be obvious to everyone. He should be apparent even to those who aren't looking for him, just like the sun. And having faith should not be necessary.

And, uh, I suppose you would know what to look for? And if you think you know what to look for, are you prepared to offer some rational reasons why such statements are true?
Evidence is difficult, but it's the best way to settle such questions. Bring forth your evidence! (And if all you can muster is a dusty tome that simply says something is true, please be prepared to hear counter claims to the contrary).

Amazing answers to this!!!!
The reason why those don't believe there IS a God is because they simply "don't believe in HIM". A person who believes and lives their lives according to Gods will, are believers, and they are the ones who have "witnessed" Him. It's simple....
You have to believe to feel Him in your lives! You must believe in Him to know Him. You have to want Him, to know Him. It's called a "Personal Relationship" with Him.........and, NOT a "religion". It's faith in our Lord God Almighty! I pray for those who don't believe. Sad how those little "thumbs down" are clicked so QUICKLY from those who are non- believers. Sad, sad, sad. I will pray for them...promise I will so that they can also witness His love for them ALSO. He is there and all around you, I, and everyone.....but, some take it and some reject it. HE is all around us!!!
My deepest blessings to you and I hope I have at least helped to answer your question....even if it may be minutely. Have a good day. Blessings!!

After being alive long enough to know what birth and death are, how can you not see the mother goddess at work?
Have you ever noticed that single males don't create life or that singular rulers equal dictators?

Not only is there no proof, there isn't even any evidence. A detailed discussion of what such evidence would entail is beyond the scope of this space; the matter is addressed in:

I know because there is no god. And I do not care in believing about a fairy-tale person living in the sky.
It is you who has to prove to me that god exist.
You can not prove a negative
