First off...I don't even know you but I can guarantee that you are good at something, and that you have some skills. There are people that can't even spell...so I guess you can even look at that as a skill! Manic depressive, or Bi-polar, is a very common mental illness. You are high, and you are low. There is medication that can make your mood stable, so you won't feel so low. You should not kill yourself, because I guarantee you are young...and when you are young, things always seem hard!!! I am 22, and right now my life seems like it sucks. Just found out my boyfriend has been cheating on me, I failed a test last week, I just got my car payment in the mail, and I'm broke! People go through tough times all the time, but the thing is...It will get better!!! That's the best part to look forward to. If you are at rock bottom right now, things can only look up from here. Look at the positive in your life, not all the negative. If everybody just looked at the negativity in life, than everybody would be suicidal, because there is a lot of bad in this world. It's mind over matter sweetheart...and sometimes you just have to tell yourself that everything will be alright, and just keep on going....

Well I'm sure you are good at many things but generally speaking when one is depressed rather it is from being a manic depressive or just being depressed you don't see those things.
Skills are easy to obtain and so is help for depression. Go and see your docotor.
Reasons to live?
The cool crips mornings when the you awake and have coffee on the front porch and listen to the birds singing God's praise.
The sound of laughter and to laugh.
Your children and if you don't have any the children you will have one day.
Nieces, nephes, moms and dads, brothers and sisters, granma and granpas who all love you dearly.
Neighboors and friends that care even when you don't realize it.
Cookies fresh out of the oven.
A rainbow after a shower.
The warmth of the sun on your face.
Beetehoven sympony number 7
puppies and kittens
flowers growing wild.
a hug from a child
first kisses from a crush, no matter how old you are.
the joy you will feel the first time you try something new and or discover something you never knew.
that GOD created you because he thinks you are worth it and so do I.

1. People are out there to help you. A therapist, a doctor, even someone on the other end of a suicide hotline--these people think your life is worth something. I don't even know you, and I think your life is worth something. And you clearly still think your life may be worth something, because you're posting this question.
2. You do have skills. Have you ever baked cookies? Made a child smile? Arranged flowers in a vase? Made someone laugh? Rearranged your room? Taken a photograph? Helped someone out on Yahoo answers? Those are skills. And they are valuable.
3. You are good at something. Maybe you're good at using a computer, putting on makeup, math, making speeches, telling jokes or stories, writing poems. Maybe you have pretty handwriting or have the ability to appreciate beauty. Anything like that...means you are good at something.
4. Being manic depressive does not mean you are crazy. It just means that you are ill. But guess what? Ill people get better. You will get better; you just need to seek help. I know you are strong enough because you are strong enough to seek help here.

okay, if you are really serious and feeling this way, please immediately call a crisis center. suicide is NOT, i repeat NOT a joking matter and definitely not something for you to do. how old are you? if you are young, maybe you just haven't found what skills you are good at yet. if you are older, same thing! keep looking, i think you should get the book: Purpose Driven Life. It is excellent. Also, put on your favorite CD's, pull out a journal and begin to work out what is really bothering you. Sometimes it may not be what we see on the surface.
Now, back to the original question, you should not kill yourself because you are made for a purpose. You may not see it right now, and by god, none of us do a lot of the time, but we are all here for a reason. My grandmother shot herself almost 9 months ago and let me tell you that my family will never be the same. Suicide is a very selfish way to die because you leave behind pain that is unimaginable. Please go talk to someone. If you want my phone number, I will send you my email address/you can send me yours and we can exchange that way. Promise me that you will talk to someone and not harm yourself.

Surely there is something in life that makes you happy. If not, there sheer fact that something might come along and make you happy is all the more reason to keep on fighting.
Killing yourself is out of the question. You'd be hurting a lot of people if you did so. Think of all the people you care about. If you don't care about anyone, I'm sure there is someone who cares about you.
I'd suggest talking to a counselor about your issues. Don't be afraid. They're there to help.

Because you ARE good at something, you just have to figure out what it is.
You aren't born with skills, you develop them.
There are people that care about you. All you have to do is ask for help. If you truly feel you are manic depressive talk to your family and go see a counselor. No shame in talking to someone...

You probably are to focused on the negative in your life and not the positive.
Why not find something you are good at. Everyone has a talent for at least one thing.
Why not go to college or get a job to get some skills and some social interaction with others.
If you need counseling go see your doctor, if you can't afford it go to the public health department. You can also check out support groups and local hospitals.

Go to the phone book NOW and look for a suicide hot line. You need to talk to a real live person. Or if you can't find a hot line, call 911.
Don't worry about not having skills. That's not important right now. Get well first. OK? That's all that matters.
Please, please, please don't give up on yourself. We NEED you...even if you can't see why right now.
It may feel like you're walking against the wind today, but tomorrow the winds may change.

Because that would not be smart. iam sure you have some skills in something. and even if you do not think so there is some one who loves you and care for you even if you do not think so. they will be depressed if you do that. i think that it is stupid to kill yourself. no matter how depressed you are. i have been depresed and i know it is not fun and it is a hard thing to do but you can make it through it and there are soo many things you can do to help your depresion other than killing yourself.
if you want more of my advice email me i have been VERY depresed and i have had thoughts of killing myself and i know what it feels like so if you need someone to talk with here is my email corey_deussa@yahoo.com just eamil me if you need to.
