Maggie is about 6 months old now. We rescued her from an animal shelter. They said she was a lab mix, but she is way to small for a lab. She is 26 lbs. Any ideas of what she is? I know she is a mixed breed.
Here are some pics of her:

Thank you ALL for your input. She is loved VERY VERY much no matter what she is. I was just curious. She has my heart and is treated very well. Please support your local animal shelter!!

I also think shiba inu(sp) look at the one pic with her tail curled up, she also has facial traits the furrowed look on her brow, whatever her mix is everyone is right about one thing. She is beautiful, and you are doing a great job, her eyes are bright her coat shiny, and she definitely looks happy and loved. Good job.

I'm thinking a lab/shiba inu mix. My friend has a Shiba and it looks a lot like that. She is beautiful, you got very lucky and congrats on becoming a rescue parent!
This is my friends Shiba [[Kumi]]:

I definitely see some Labrador in her, but the size is all wrong. I see some Beagle in her as far as body shape and structure. And the above poster may be correct with some Shiba Inu.
Since she is still young, she may get a bit larger, and then you could really consider Lab mixed with Beagle.
Heck, she even resembles an extra-large Chihuahua...hahaha.

Hard to guess what the mix is, usually when someone says part lab or whatever, it means that somewhere, sometime in its family tree, there might be a lab. Don't worry about it. She's a cutie. Enjoy and love her for what she is....yours.

She looks part lab and part australian shepherd to me. I have a friend with a part lab pup and she's on the small side, too.

she looks like a Shiba inu with less fur
Maybe she is a big jack russell ( in her face) mixed with a Shiba Inu.
I don't know for sure but she is gorgeous! And she looks like she is in incredible shape!!! Good job!!

VERY CUTE! To answer your question though, there's no way to know for sure. :)
Remember too, at 6 months, she isn't full grown. Give her at least a year to reach adult size.
