hi im 19 yrs old and im 125kgs ....3month before i got a lumb on my anus and now it really pains quite alot...the pain is very very severe.. only once or twice in 3 months there was blood but thats it...is this anal or rectal cancer???? im very worried

Could be a hemorrhoid, which a doctor can take care of in the office very easily. Whatever your fear of the doctor's office, just repeat to yourself, "They've seen it all."

Sounds like piles to me. Colorectal Cancer is usually painless until the tumor reaches a size where it can push on surrounding organs.

Cancer is a possibility but a haemeroid is more likely.
See a Dr, the worst they can do is confirm cancer, and if that is the case, then the earlier you are diagnosed and treatment started the better.
