I was wondering what does my eye glass prescription mean, i do not understand any of it, Are my eyes reallybad? is there any way to make your vision better.

No, that's not bad at all. The negative numbers refer to the power of contact lenses. My eyes are -8.00 and -8.50 (I can't read without my contacts because I'm so near sighted I can't get the paper close enough). The numbers are exponential, so my eyes are actually 8000 times worse than yours.

O.K,the plus signs indicate that you will see a magnified image and the larger the figure the weaker your eyesight is.the second figure on the the lens marked Right is the cylinder that is to say this is a Curve ground into and at an angle on top of +1.25 figure.This cylinder makes the eye look out of the lens at the angle indicated by the Next figure which is 85 degrees. The add part means that an extra piece of glass or plastic has been added on top of the original prescription i.e. the Right, 1.25.This add part is for the person's reading as it it's usefull to have this to magnify words and television. Hope this may have helped,and that you could make out what I was trying to say!

You have mild myopia, which means you need glasses to see distance things like the TV, blackboard and driving.
You can use glasses or contacts to see better or get laser surgery if you don't want glasses or contacts.
Carrots, vitamins and exercises will not make myopia go away.

It means you have some astigmatism and you have vision that needs a small amount of correction.
The D eye is right one and the S eye is left one.

your right eye is slightly near sighted
your left also but it has a minor correction for an astigmatism
you may notice the galsses will help when driving or watching tv but its not very much of a prescrition how old are you you could probably hold off for a while before getting them

Drink carrot juice and lots of green veggies. there are also eye exercises you can do . Ask your Optometrist.
