When i first started to work out the day after i could hardly roll outta bed sometimes. Now i have been working out for about 6months or so and i hardly am every sore the day after. Is this because i have gotten use to working out or am i not working out right?

No, that's normal. It was unconfortable before because your muscles were not use to that. Now they are used to that work out. You should worry about if you feel disconfort the next day, that means you lifted too little weight and then too much weight, keep it balanced as u progress, add more weight little by little and you should be good to go.

Your gaining stamina in your muscles. You aren't producing as much lactic acid in your muscles which is allowing you to work out longer and not get tired. Try upping your weight with the same amount of reps. You are on a good track.

don't use DOMS as a method of evaluating a training session or routine. progress should be based on increases in endurance, strength and an increase in muscle mass (and decrease in body fat) over a period of time.

there are many reasons why the body and various muscles get sore or do not get sore.

the soreness that occurs generally 24-48 hours after exercise is called delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS). many believe it is caused by an excess of lactic acid but in reality it is caused by the loss of calcium homeostasis in the muscle cell.

Your body has simply gotten used to it
